Every year, Jamia Milia Islamia, (JMI) University (Delhi) offers free coaching to applicants for the UPSC (IAS) Exam. This training package includes free coaching sessions for the optional topic as well as the UPSC Prelims and Mains exams.

Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration, Ahemdabad, Gujarat.

The Gujarati government founded SPIPA in 1962 as the premier training institution for the state. In 1974, the Institute adopted its current name, Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration. Nominees are not permitted to participate in any other classes or jobs because this is a full-time course. There is no fee for coaching. However, candidates must pay a library deposit of Rs. 2000 and a training security deposit of Rs. 5000. Every year, in the months of June and July, qualified applicants are asked to submit applications.
